Creative art coaching is a gentle yet powerful way to explore what’s happening beneath the surface. In these sessions, I use creativity as a tool for presence, self-awareness, and emotional healing—not to create “art” in a traditional sense, but to create space.
You don’t need any artistic experience. The focus isn’t on skill, outcome, or analysis. Instead, we use colour, materials, and creative expression to help you slow down, listen inwardly, and notice what wants attention.
Creativity often bypasses the thinking mind, allowing insights and emotions to surface naturally. This can feel deeply healing, not because anything is being “fixed”, but because you’re giving yourself permission to see and feel what’s already there.
Sessions may include painting, drawing, mark-making, or intuitive creative exploration, combined with gentle coaching conversation.
I guide the process in a way that feels safe, supportive, and grounded in the present moment.
Encourages emotional release and self-expression
Helps quiet overthinking and mental noise
Supports emotional healing through awareness, not analysis
Builds a deeper connection with yourself
Creates clarity around thoughts, feelings, and life direction
Offers a nurturing, non-judgemental space for reflection
Do I need to be good at art?
No, not at all. Creative art coaching isn’t about skill, technique, or producing finished artwork. It’s about using creativity as a way to slow down, be present, and explore what’s happening internally. There’s no right or wrong way to create.
Is this art therapy?
No. While creative art coaching can feel healing, I don’t offer art therapy, and I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. My work uses creativity as a coaching and reflective tool to support awareness, insight, and emotional processing in a non-clinical way.
What kinds of materials do you use?
That can vary depending on the session. We might use paint, drawing materials, simple mark-making tools, or intuitive creative processes. Everything is guided gently and adapted to what feels comfortable for you.
