I work as a Life Coach and Mentor, supporting you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and inner patterns in a way that feels grounding rather than overwhelming.

I see life coaching as a form of emotional and personal healing—not medical or therapeutic, but human. Healing here means understanding yourself more deeply, releasing what no longer serves you, and reconnecting with your inner wisdom.

Rather than focusing on fixing or pushing, I help you create space to notice what’s happening now. From that space, clarity and change arise naturally.

Is life coaching the same as therapy?

No. Life coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. While sessions can feel emotionally healing, my role is to support awareness, insight, and personal growth, not to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

What if I’m already seeing a therapist?

That’s absolutely fine. Coaching can sit alongside therapy, provided each role is clear. I’m always happy to talk this through and encourage clients to seek appropriate professional support where needed.

What does healing mean in your coaching?

For me, healing means reconnecting with yourself, understanding your inner world more clearly, and creating space for change. It’s about integration and self-awareness rather than fixing or curing anything.
